We are always striving to give our customers the best meat available at really competitive prices, we promise that you will not get the same local quality meat at a better price, being the only certified master butcher in Munster gives our customers an assurance that they are being cared for by staff who have had the best training around.
All staff are selected on appearance, customer manner, and personal hygiene, after that we train the in the same fashion taught by the institute of meat at Smithfield in London.
Tom has been trained by master butchers in England, Germany and Scotland, where he has achieved numerous awards for his cutting, displaying skills, also the coveted meatmaster title in three countries England, Scotland and Wales, and highly commended in sausage competitions throughout the UK.
